Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance within a fast-paced and supportive environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payments and invoices accurately within our accounting system
• Reconcile bank statements and customer accounts to ensure accuracy
• Manage supplier payments and monitor upcoming payment schedules
• Support variance analysis across expense accounts
• Review and correct accounting entries, resolving any errors or duplicates
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounts/finance experience
• Experience processing payments and invoices in an accounting context
• Experience reconciling bank statements and customer accounts
• Experience managing supplier payments and monitoring payment schedules
• Experience supporting variance analysis across expense accounts
• Experience reviewing and correcting accounting entries, including resolving errors or duplicates
• Experience maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
• Experience with Xero or Sage accounting systems is required
• Strong written and spoken English
