Position Details

Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Representative

• Pay: $16.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST
• (Must be available to work any assigned 8-hour shift during those hours)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist members with questions
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain professionalism and empathy with every interaction

MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT FROM IRVING, TX.

• Requirements
• Call Center experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems
• Reliable internet connection
• Must be able to pick up company equipment in Irving, TX
