Office Manager

• Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.
• We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to support the efficient running of the office and provide administrative support to the wider team.
• Located in Dublin 15 - this is a full-time on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently and smoothly
• Coordinate office space requirements, including layout changes.
• Provide administrative support to management and Senior management team
• Assist with onboarding and coordination of new staff joining the office
• Oversee and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems
• Manage office service agreements and supplier relationships
• Organise and maintain data, spreadsheets, reports, and office documentation
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Powerpoint and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge utilising various software systems
• Attention detail, prioritise work loads and assist with ad-hoc administrative requests
