About The Role
Are you a driven and engaging professional looking to make a real impact in international education? We are seeking a Regional Admissions Manager for Vietnam to join our Enrolment team. Based in either Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, you will play a key role in driving student recruitment and strengthening the presence of our prestigious institutions: Glion, Les Roches and École Ducasse across Vietnam Your role We are seeking an energetic and commercially driven Regional Admissions Manager for Vietnam. Reporting to the Director of Enrolment Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering student recruitment targets while enhancing the regional presence of our highly esteemed institutions. You will play a vital role in developing strategic partnerships, increasing market awareness, supporting agents and counsellors, and delivering high-quality recruitment activities that reflect the premium nature of our brands and contribute to our regional growth ambitions Key Responsibilities Achieve student enrolment targets through effective recruitment and conversion activities Develop and strengthen relationships with alumni across key cities in Vietnam Identify, onboard and develop new recruitment agents while maximising the performance of existing partners. Support education counsellors and agents with promotional activities and student engagement initiatives. Organise regional enrolment events, school visits and student recruitment activities. Represent Sommet Education at exhibitions, fairs, seminars and workshops. Lead conversion and retention campaigns to maximise enrolment outcomes. Develop the agents and brokerage segment while maintaining strong existing partner relationships. Increase brand awareness among high school counsellors and key influencers. Identify and develop new business opportunities across Vietnam. Train and onboard agent representatives and counsellors to maintain brand standards. Contribute to regional social media campaigns and content initiatives. Provide accurate weekly reporting and maintain student records within Salesforce CRM. Ensure consistency of brand identity and positioning across all promotional materials and activities. Deliver an outstanding applicant experience and provide high-quality counselling to prospective students and parents throughout the admissions journey. About You Degree educated or holding an equivalent professional qualification, you bring significant experience in a commercial role within the higher education sector and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. You are fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Results-driven and proactive, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organisational and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, working both independently and collaboratively, and adapting to changing business needs. Experience within the hospitality sector and/or premium brands would be considered a distinct advantage. Why Join Us?
