About The Role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President and Executive team with professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company.
- Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events; schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues.
- Plan and coordinate company events and culture/philanthropy activities.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for members of the Executive Team; prepare expense reports.
- Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to appropriate staff.
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, leadership meetings, and organizations that executives are involved with.
- Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of the Executive Team, review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff.
- Conserve the time for members of the Executive Team by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed in advance.
- Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing mail, etc.

Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in a business-related field of study or equivalent level of experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional office setting
- Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced user of MS Office solutions
- Experience in internet research
- Good problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail in composing, typing and proof-reading materials
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines
- A professional demeanor with positive customer service to internal and external customers
