They focus on building strong relationships with their customers while continuously expanding their market reach through proactive sales and business development efforts. With a growing client base, they are now looking to strengthen their outbound sales function to drive new opportunities and support business growth.

About the Role

We are an Australian-based ecommerce business seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals to drive growth in our cannabis wholesale channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with wholesale clients (new and existing) via phone, email, and Odoo CRM.
  • Qualify leads, present product offerings, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in Odoo CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert interest into active customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs, including revenue and conversion targets.
  • Provide market feedback to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience (wholesale or cannabis industry background highly regarded).
  • Superb verbal English proficiency
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Odoo CRM experience is an advantage.

Work Arrangement & Expectations

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
