Service Now Jr. Lead Consultant

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

• Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
• Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Unit test cases
• JAVA Script, etc.) Will be essential

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM

Requirements

• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
• Should have prior working experience in ServiceNow platform
• Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON / ServiceNow Scripting.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work

Must-Have Certifications

Certified System Administrator (Desired)

ITIL Certifications (desired)

Other Service-Now Certifications (Preferred)

4 to 7 years of IT Industry experience

Minimum 3 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
