Residing in the Customer Finance Organization, the Technical Sales Support Professional is responsible for the creation and maintenance of materials and pricing readiness for Imaging Equipment and Services.

  • Ensure accurate and timely implementation of materials and pricing for Imaging Equipment and Services
  • Establish a partnership with Equipment and Service Marketing Product Managers, Sales, Field Organizations, and global colleagues
  • Support Service Sales, Quote to Booking and Life-Cycle Organization improvements
  • Engage with the business colleagues to proactively manage the implementation and rollout of equipment and services
  • Utilize Quality Framework by actively participating in Root Cause Analysis to drive process changes
  • Participate in roll-out, training and communication of process improvements and projects
  • Write detailed business requirements documents
  • Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools
  • Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal and growth oriented, and team-centric
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and implement changes in process gaps
  • Some traveling may be required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives

Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience

  • Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools
  • Adaptable to change, and work well within a team environment
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; power apps preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability

Preferred Education: BS/BA in business or related fields preferred

The base pay range for this position is

$79,660 - $109,527

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
