About The Role

What you will get to do

  • Evaluate and refine manufacturing workflows, equipment layouts, and procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Implement manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Design, install, test, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Supervisors and Engineers to identify and resolve production inefficiencies.
  • Analyze root causes of process issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement testing methods to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Analyze production metrics and cost data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with design, quality, maintenance, and production teams to support new product introductions and optimize systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including process flows, procedures, CAD drawings, and reports.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD and CAM software.
  • Knowledge of machining and assembly practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with vendors and customers.
