Job Summary

The Collection Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts resolving misunderstandings and educating them on payment terms and consequences.

Qualification

At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level education.
With collections or BPO experience is preferred
Willing to work onsite
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Patient and able to handle customer complaints or misunderstandings effectively.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 9AM–6PM
Location: One World Square, Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig City
