  • About the role
  • We are looking for an excellent Project Manager to join our team in Israel.
  • The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful delivery and execution of LTS Innovation and Technology projects.
  • Lead projects through all phases, from initiation and launch to full lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with design control requirements.
  • Coordinate and drive execution across highly skilled, matrixed, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, collaborating with cross-functional partners including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Verification, and customers to ensure consistent progress on complex, high-impact projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project financials, defined scope, timelines, and development plans. Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting objectives, deliverables, resource needs, dependencies, critical paths, and potential issues.
  • Proactively identify and assess project risks; develop and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with customers, extended core teams, and senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering discipline.
  • Job skills:
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in managing development projects — required

  • Professional background in the medical device industry — required
  • Experience in the combination products segment — preferred
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with global customers — required
  • Previous experience as an R&D engineer — preferred
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices — required
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively and deliver results within established timelines
  • Experience engaging directly with customers and senior leadership - required
  • Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications including Microsoft project.
  • Language skills: Fluent English - Mother tongue level
