• Fun, engaging, high-energy formats

• 100+ videos per week
• 500+ videos per month
• Constant iteration and improvement
• Content that drives engagement, clicks, and conversions

• Earn an additional $500/month when you produce 500+ usable, quality-approved videos.

“Usable” means

• Meets brand quality standards
• Proper format for platform
• Includes captions, clean edits, and hooks
• Approved by team for publishing

• Fast, creative, and obsessed with output
• Understand hooks, retention, and performance
• Comfortable producing 10–20+ videos per day
• AI-native (not learning… already using)
• Not precious about content — you iterate constantly

• This is a high-output role.
• If you are not comfortable producing content at scale using AI tools, this role is not a fit.

Benefits

💸 Compensation

• $1,250/month (first 90 days)
• $1,500/month after 90-day review
• $500/month bonus for producing 500+ usable videos
