About The Role

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaboration with the Technical Manager in the management and operation of Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre, including

Maintaining records of all project, construction, and technical documentation of the shopping centre, including tracking and documenting all modifications and updates to as-built documentation.
Ensuring timely reporting in accordance with internal processes and reporting systems.
Supporting the Technical Manager in the day-to-day operation of the shopping centre.
Assisting in the preparation of short-term and long-term maintenance and renovation plans.
Supporting the preparation of multi-year capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans and budgets, monitoring budget utilization, and reviewing supplier invoices in SAP.
Assisting in the coordination of external service providers responsible for technical operations, particularly cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
Supporting the preparation of tender documentation for external technical service providers, conducted at least every three years.
Monitoring the timely and proper completion of inspection reports and testing of the centre’s technical equipment, including submission to relevant public authorities when required.
Preparing documentation required for the accurate recharge of utilities and energy consumption to tenants.
Assisting in the coordination of fit-out and construction works within tenant premises, ensuring compliance with the centre’s technical standards and maintaining records of required permits, certifications, and inspections.
Providing technical support in the resolution of claims, damage incidents, and emergency situations.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES YOU WILL USE AND DEVELOP

Secondary technical education or university degree in a technical field.
Good command of English is an advantage.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and basic AutoCAD skills.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
