About The Role

The Change Lead I is responsible for managing change management activities and applying structured methodologies. They develop strategies to drive adoption of changes, support communication efforts, and design and deliver communications for project teams. Additionally, they assess and plan change interventions and identify training needs.

  • Lead and support change management activities for systems, process and operational changes in line with the Logistics strategy.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver systems and business process training to end users within Logistics.
  • Design, develop and maintain training content, user guides, SOPs, quick reference guides and supporting documentation.
  • Support system implementations, process changes and operational rollouts by preparing users for change and driving adoption.
  • Conduct process mapping, identify process gaps and recommend practical process improvements.
  • Work closely with operational teams, support functions, vendors and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.
  • Track training progress, user readiness, adoption levels and post-implementation feedback.
  • Provide post-go-live support to users and assist with resolving system, process or training-related queries.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure understanding, alignment and engagement.
  • Support project planning, coordination and execution for training, systems and process improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and external vendors associated with key functional areas.
  • Be available to travel extensively for training, projects and implementation support, including being away for extended periods or for the full duration of a project where required.

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma, Graduate Degree, or Post Graduate Degree.
  • Experience in Change Management, Systems Training and Implementations, Business Process Training or similar role (4+ years essential).
  • Experience in developing training material, user guides, SOPs, and end-user training sessions.
  • Integral understanding and experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and Distribution Centre Operations will be advantageous.
  • Experience engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting end users through change.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan) will be preferable.
  • Good working knowledge of current computer software packages, including Microsoft Office applications, AI-enabled productivity tools, and digital platforms used for training, reporting, and process documentation.
  • Experience in Reporting, Tracking Training Progress and measuring Change/Readiness adoption.
  • Strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate priorities and engage effectively across teams.
