• About your role
• As Senior Associate – UI Design, you will be designing pixel-perfect UI for native mobile apps, creating (or
• participating in evolving) design systems, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes. This role is an expert in typography,
• color theory, grid systems, iconography, visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, WCAG accessibility standards,
• and platform (design system) guidelines (such as, iOS, Material Design, etc). You are skilled in Sketch, Figma, and
• Axure with strong collaboration, communication, and UI auditing capabilities against different compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Design & Development

• o Design and implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• o Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality UI components.
• o Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.

• Collaboration

• o Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver seamless experiences.
• o Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Performance & Accessibility

• o Optimize UI for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• o Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.

• Innovation

• o Stay updated with UI trends, tools, and technologies.
• o Advocate for best practices in UI design and front-end development.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Design Tools:

o Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.

• Responsive & Adaptive Design:

o Ability to create mobile-first, responsive layouts.

• Design Systems & Component Libraries:

o Experience in building and maintaining design systems and UI component libraries.

• Accessibility & Usability:

o Knowledge of WCAG, ARIA roles, and inclusive design principles.

• Cross-Browser & Cross-Platform Testing
• Effective documentation, annotation, version control & collaboration
