About The Role
We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with strong surgical experience to join our well-situated practice in Islington, North London. Medivet Liverpool Road is a well-established and much-loved practice within the local community.
You’ll be working as part of a friendly, close-knit team alongside Ella, one of our experienced vets, with support from our Branch Partner, David. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and collaborative environment where high standards of patient care are at the heart of everything we do.
Our practice is fully equipped to provide exceptional clinical care, including in-house laboratory facilities, x-ray, ultrasound, dentistry, and an on-site operating theatre.
The Role
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- 4-day working week
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
- Fixed-term contract (6 months, maternity cover)
- Start date: June 2026
- Salary: £60,000 pro rata

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional clinical care in both consultations and surgery, maintaining the highest standards of regulatory and clinical compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Share your skills and contribute to the development of Medivet clinical communities
