Join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to attracting qualified talent to help advance our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a Recruiter III, you'll serve as a strategic talent advisor, managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business units. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to shape our talent strategy while representing our culture of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.

How will you Impact?

You will be responsible for attracting and hiring talent while always striving to provide a first class candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll serve as the Talent Acquisition expert, accountable for working towards the Talent Acquisition strategy for Thermo Fisher Scientific. You’ll serve as a key advisor on best-practices in the Talent Acquisition world – from sourcing strategies to employer branding and everything in between. And, probably most fun, you’ll be an ambassador of our corporate culture, serving as a connector between teams, departments and people.

What will you do?

  • Provide professional support and service in the sourcing, selection and hiring of highly qualified talent within the new product development department
  • Partner with hiring managers to attract, directly source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and planning for all openings and participate in the talent planning process for the region and more broadly to support workforce planning
  • Actively use social media to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand and EVP
  • Plan event schedule for your region and represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at job fairs, university days etc.
  • Build talent pipelines for your region
  • Deliver a value add talent acquisition experience for all our candidates and customers including market information, talent pipeline, organisational design and thought leadership
  • Responsibility on local recruitment reporting utilising our Global reporting tool

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferred
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
  • Additional language skills beneficial (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin)
  • Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration
  • Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
  • Experience representing company at recruitment events and career fairs
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
