• encryption, and intrusion detection at Layer 2/3.

 Collaboration and Leadership

•  Work closely with hardware engineers, QA teams, and product managers.
•  Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.

 Documentation and Standards

 Produce detailed design documents, API specifications, and user guides.

 Stay updated with evolving networking standards (IEEE, IETF, etc.).

 Core Competencies and Skills

 10+ Years of experience in Layer2/Layer3 Protocols Design and Development

 Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and OSI model.

 Expertise in C/C++, Python, or other relevant programming languages.

 Experience with embedded systems, real-time OS, and network operating

systems (NOS).

 Familiarity with virtualisation, SDN (Software-Defined Networking), and NFV

(Network Functions Virtualisation).

 Ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues using tools like Wireshark,

tcpdump, etc.

 Excellent communication and documentation skills.
