About The Role

DescriptionThis is a hands-on, customer-focused position that supports the day-to-day leasing and operation of the property. You will spend much of your time interacting with prospective and current residents, showing apartments, processing applications, collecting rent and fees, and keeping resident information and paperwork accurate and up to date.

A typical day may include answering questions from prospective residents, conducting property tours, reviewing applications for eligibility, following up on application information, communicating approval or denial decisions, preparing for move-ins and move-outs, and responding to resident concerns. You will also walk the property and vacant units, identify maintenance issues, and communicate those needs to the maintenance team.

This is a fast-paced, people-oriented role where priorities can change throughout the day. You may be helping a prospective resident one minute, addressing a resident concern the next, and then stopping to handle an administrative or property-related issue. Success requires excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organization and attention to detail, and the ability to stay productive while managing multiple priorities.
