Role Overview

• We are seeking a Calibration & AI-Ops Scientist to develop automated calibration, monitoring, and optimization solutions for superconducting quantum computing platforms.
• The successful candidate will help improve system performance through the application of data science, automation, and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Calibration

• Develop automated calibration workflows.
• Monitor system performance and operational drift.
• Improve reliability and recovery processes.

Data Science & AI

• Analyze large experimental and operational datasets.
• Develop machine learning models to optimize performance.
• Generate insights to support engineering teams.

Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams.
• Support deployment of automated operational tools.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Physics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience with Python, data analytics, and automation.
• Machine learning experience is strongly preferred.
