Cabrini Brighton Perioperative Services is a caring yet dynamic environment with 5 operating theatres and 1 stand-alone endoscopy suite.
Providing a range of surgical specialties raging from Orthopaedic, Plastic and R econstructive, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Endocrine, General/ L aparoscopic, Urology, Colorectal, ENT and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery with approximately 9 00 operations each month, ensuring patient centred care. Our day-of-surgery admissions focus on every patient having a positive experience with their admission to theatre, while our Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit and discharge lounge cater for all specialist post-operative care requirements.
How you will make an impact
Cabrini Brighton Perioperative services is seeking experienced nurses specialising in Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics/PACU and Endoscopy to join our team:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Delivering care to patients to meet Cabrini’s organisational goals.
- Demonstrating attention to the needs of the patient and family to maintain privacy, dignity and confidentiality
About You
- Current AHPRA registration
- Relevant Perioperative Services experience
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
- Ability to work within the Mission and Values of the organisation
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
- Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
