Order Processing (OP) Technical Support

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

• -          Design automation programs to improve daily order entry efficiency and accuracy.
• -          Engage in data processing, workflow optimization, automation program design, project testing, daily operation maintenance.
•  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
• -          Design a standard template or program to consolidate order entry data automatically.
• -          Design program to input data automatically and simplify the process workflow, mainly through Excel Visual Basic.
• -          Follow up projects and summarize the process and conduct relevant training for OM.
• -          Responsible for the maintenance and development of existing programs.

Qualification

• -          Have some basic programming skills, be familiar with VB/VB.NET/VBA/VBS and so on. Familiar with Java or Python is preferable.
• -          Sharp analytical ability, fast learning skill problem solving techniques
• -          1 to 2yrs of experience
• -          Any Graduate
• -          Python or bash or VB Script , SQL, Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros)
