TASKS

Customer Demand & Supply Chain & Supplier management

Integrate customer orders into the system
Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations
Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance
Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues
Coordinate with logistics partners and maintain key parameters
Support new projects and ensure packaging availability
Maintain and monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
Manage and optimize stock levels (raw materials and finished goods)
Communicate with suppliers
Ensure the availability of raw materials to customer requirements
Work closely with the purchasing department
Organize and track raw material shipments

Production Planning & Service Level

Ensure customer demand is met through effective production planning
Ensure the feasibility of the Customers’ programs internally
Launch and adjust production schedules based on priorities
Track service levels and implement improvement actions
Maintain optimal inventory levels

Issue Management

Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions
Escalate issues and align priorities with Sales and customers
Monitor and follow up on action plans

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum BSc degree in economics / business / logistics or related field or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
Proficient knowledge of English, German language is an advantage
Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
Strong customer oriented behavior
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
