Maintenance Technician - Greensboro/Winston Salem

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at commercial facilities throughout the Triad
• Handle building upkeep projects, both indoors and outdoors
• Complete light painting and surface preparation work
• Repair doors, lighting, fixtures, and other building components
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Work from ladders or lifts as needed for certain tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at each jobsite
• On call schedule for emergency facility response.

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in maintenance, repair, or construction work
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work from ladders or lifts when required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
