About The Role

The ideal candidate will

  • § Lead and own enterprise-wide Access Review / Certification programs, ensuring timely and compliant execution
  • § Act as a Solution SME and escalation point for complex certification and IAM issues
  • § Define and drive access governance strategies, controls, and best practices
  • § Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance through robust certification processes

§ Collaborate with leadership and clients to

  • o Minimize access risks
  • o Improve control effectiveness and governance posture

§ Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including

  • o Automation, optimization, and process standardization
  • § Oversee service delivery, operational performance, and SLA/KPI tracking
  • § Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Consultants and Associate Consultants
  • § Contribute to strategic IAM roadmap and capability enhancement

Mandatory Certification Required

  • Saviynt IGA Professional

Technical Skills Required

§ At 84 moths of experience in Saviynt product.

§ Strong expertise in

  • o End-to-end Access Review / Certification program management (campaign strategy, execution, remediation, and closure)
  • o Segregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC, and governance frameworks

§ Extensive experience in

  • o Application onboarding and integration in Saviynt
  • o JML lifecycle implementation and governance

§ Deep understanding of

  • o Saviynt workflows, certification configurations, and automation capabilities
  • o Access certification data governance, audit controls, and compliance standards

§ Strong hands-on capability in

  • o SQL (advanced query writing for reporting, reconciliation, and issue resolution)
  • o REST APIs, JSON integrations, and system integrations

§ Understanding of

  • o Enterprise IAM architecture and target systems (AD, Databases, Cloud, etc.)
  • o Version control (Git) and SDLC practices

§ Exposure to

o Programming/scripting (Java, Python, etc.)

§ Experience in

  • o Transitioning and operationalizing IAM solutions post-deployment
  • o Supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Behavioral / team skills
  • § Strong leadership and team management capabilities

§ Ability to

  • o Lead multiple IAM workstreams / certification programs simultaneously
  • o Drive delivery excellence with SLA and KPI adherence

§ Excellent stakeholder management skills, engaging with

  • o Security teams, Audit, Business owners, and client leadership
  • § Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability

§ Proactive in

  • o Identifying risks, audit gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • § Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills

§ Ability to

o Mentor, guide, and develop junior team members

o Drive collaboration across multi-functional teams

§ Adaptability in a dynamic, client-driven environment

§ Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
