About The Role

Job Summary

Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation–Malawi (BCMCF-M) is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administrator to support payroll processing and key HR administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee information, processing payroll, managing leave records, preparing reports, and supporting employee benefits and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain employee data in the Sage Payroll 360 system and process monthly payroll.
  • Set up new employees and process approved payroll changes.
  • Manage staff leave in the system and maintain accurate leave records.
  • Prepare payroll, leave, and other HR reports as required.
  • Support Group Personal Accident Insurance, MASM, and pension administration and related staff queries.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, resignations, and updating employee records.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR and payroll records.
  • Provide general HR administrative support as assigned by the Senior HR Manager.
  • Liaise with Finance and relevant service providers on payroll and employee benefit matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources/Administration or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in HR and/or payroll administration.
  • Proven experience using a payroll management system , preferably Sage Payroll 360 .
  • Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in HR administration and employee benefits will be an added advantage.
