90 Position Summary

Set up and oversee the course web site and file-sharing platform
Assist instructors with identifying course materials
Assist instructors in identifying appropriate guest lecturers
Invite and schedule all guest lecturers
Attend all class sessions
Participate, as appropriate, in class discussions of course topics
Provide audiovisual support, as necessary, for course activities (e.g. student presentations)
Field student questions, either replying directly or referring to the instructors as appropriate

Qualifications

Upper-level PhD student
Familiarity with graduate program structures
Strong organizational skills
Experience in organizing schedules, file sharing strategies, etc
Strong engagement in graduate student-led organizations and initiatives.
