About the Role
Join Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Consulting team as an Intern and gain hands-on exposure to real estate consulting projects across a variety of sectors. This role offers the opportunity to support high-impact client assignments, develop analytical and research skills, and work closely with experienced consultants on strategic projects.
As a market-oriented and client-facing role, you will contribute to consulting engagements, participate in market visits, and interact with stakeholders while building practical knowledge of the real estate industry. This internship is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to develop their consulting, analytical, and communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consulting & Project Execution
- Support the execution of strategic consulting assignments across a range of service areas, including:
- Best and highest use studies
- Development feasibility assessments
- Government advisory projects
- Business consulting engagements
- Conduct market research, data collection, and analysis to support project recommendations and client deliverables.
- Assist in developing reports, presentations, financial analyses, and strategic insights for consulting assignments.
- Contribute to the conceptualisation of solutions based on client requirements and project objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in client meetings, market visits, stakeholder interactions, and field surveys as required.
- Support communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Research & Analysis
- Analyse market trends, economic indicators, and project-specific data to support decision-making.
- Apply logical and analytical thinking to solve business challenges and deliver actionable insights.
- Assist in preparing clear and professional documentation, reports, and presentations.
About You
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Economics, Engineering, Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think logically, understand client requirements, and contribute to solution development.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel for market visits, stakeholder interactions, and project-related activities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
