We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our high-performing National Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets team in Sydney or Melbourne.
This is a rare opportunity to work on major industrial transactions within one of Australia’s fastest-growing commercial real estate sectors. You will contribute to high-profile sale campaigns, investment analysis, capital-raising initiatives and complex transaction processes while working alongside market-leading professionals across brokerage, research, valuations and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modelling and investment analysis, including acquisition underwriting, valuations, cash-flow forecasting and scenario analysis across industrial real estate opportunities
- Develop and maintain real estate fund models, analyzing asset and portfolio performance to support investment decision-making
- Prepare recapitalization and capital structure models, evaluating debt and equity strategies to optimize investment outcomes
- Support capital raising initiatives through financial analysis, investor presentations, due diligence and engagement with institutional and private capital sources
- Analyze and model GP/LP structures, joint venture arrangements and equity partnership investments, including waterfall and return distribution scenarios Prepare high-quality investor and marketing materials, including information memorandums, pitch decks and campaign collateral
- Analyze market trends, comparable sales evidence and asset performance data
- Support transaction execution, due diligence processes and data room management
- Maintain accurate transaction, property and investor databases
- Deliver market insights and strategic analysis to support client engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns and transactions
About You
- Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline
- At least five years’ relevant experience within commercial real estate, investment banking, Big Four advisory, institutional investment, private equity, funds management or a comparable environment Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally across commercial property assets, funds or investment structures
- Demonstrated experience in acquisition underwriting, valuation, cash-flow forecasting and scenario analysis
- Experience developing real estate fund models and analyzing asset and portfolio performance
- Exposure to recapitalizations, capital raising, debt and equity structures, or transaction advisory
- Understanding of GP/LP structures, joint ventures, equity partnerships, waterfall modelling and return distributions
- Experience using Forbury or a similar property cash-flow modelling platform would be highly regarded
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished investor and client materials
- Exposure to industrial property, capital markets or valuations would be advantageous
