What you'll do

Lead the direction of our online imagery, responsible for shaping and establishing the brand’s vision online, leading the in-house .com creative team, along with external suppliers, to create and deliver multi-platform, multi-channel imagery that meets the global business objectives.

  • Develop, lead and execute the creative strategies across clothing & home ecommerce imagery. Identifying opportunities to utilise and maximise ROI of all assets.
  • Ensure consistency of the brand creative set by the global head of creative, while working collaboratively with all stakeholders/BU to develop a distinctive and compelling visual brand world to drive revenue and inspirational customer journey on site.
  • Utilise data and insights to influence ideation, ensuring creative projects meet commercial goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, continuously building our creative network of all creative teams (including suppliers and art buying approval).
  • Approval of all talent – from art directors to photographers, HMU and model cast. Manage model booker / casting agent and on-site creative lead.
  • Support the global brand strategy and improve our positioning in the market as a brand with value and trust at its core, including raising perception of style (subtle stylist objectives), through the generation of ideas that are relevant to the target market.
  • Foster a culture of innovation in all places of creative work from concept through to production online.
  • Lead and deliver high-quality people activity within the team to support a high-performance culture – nurture and develop talent, encouraging an innovative and dynamic work environment.
  • Work closely with third-party brands to ensure they meet creative brand guidelines.
  • Work with the head of photography and head of creative to establish what the future of the studio could look like (reporting line to be determined)
  • Be the creative brand guardian for online and editorial imagery, ensuring a distinctive and consistent visual direction across all customer touchpoints.
  • Set the direction and tone creatively for ecommerce and editorial imagery, working closely with BUs on the vision, and manage a team of art directors to support in the execution of that vision.
  • Set the overall creative direction for how online and editorial imagery is executed across digital channels and customer journeys.

Who you are

  • The ability to take a brief and concept from start to completion, and guide those on your team to do the same, executing and delegating as needed.
  • Significant executional experience within fashion and lifestyle campaigns.
  • Proven shoot experience with a range of photographers and third-party talent to deliver beautiful articulations of creative ideas.
  • A strong art-directional eye, exceptional instinctive taste
  • Good communication skills (the ability to compellingly and clearly communicate ideas, whether visually, written or verbally).
  • Organised with extreme attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise
  • Collaborative, a natural problem solver - always providing solutions
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. Knowledge of XD, and After Effects are a bonus.
  • Naturally curious and on top of cultural, design and interior trends.
