About The Role

As an Architect at Digitide Solutions Limited, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing architectural designs that align with our company's vision and goals. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our back-office operations and ensuring efficient and effective processes. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Care Executives (CCEs) to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.

Design and develop architectural plans and strategies for back-office operations.
Collaborate with CCEs to understand their requirements and pain points.
Create innovative solutions to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
Ensure architectural designs are aligned with industry best practices and regulations.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems and processes.
Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of architecture.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project management.
Ensure timely delivery of architectural projects within the allocated budget.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using architectural software and design tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Experience in leading and managing architectural projects.
