Data Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define, track, and optimize key metrics and KPIs for sales and marketing teams;
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into customer behavior and product performance;
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on client cohorts, segmentation strategies to uncover growth and optimization opportunities;
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations of data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders;
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and governance.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role;
• Solid proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis;
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent);
• Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability

to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences;

• Hands-on experience working with CRM or marketing datasets will be an advantage.
