About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Café Supervisor to join the opening team at TRIA Café, a brand-new café set in the heart of Fitzgerald’s Park. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll help lead daily operations, ensure high service standards, and support the front-of-house team in delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the café and lead by example
• Supervise, motivate, and support the team on shift
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and food safety
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with staff training, ordering, stock control, and reporting

Requirements

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a café or hospitality setting
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• A positive attitude and a hands-on approach
• Flexibility to work weekends and park event days
• Barista experience is a plus
