As a Customer Service Agent, you'll assist customers of a major Internet Service Provider with questions and concerns regarding their internet service. You'll be the friendly voice customers rely on for support, information, and problem-solving. We're Looking For Candidates Who Are:

Location Requirements

Applicants must reside in the United States. F rontline Call Center is currently ONLY hiring candidates who reside in the following U.S. states :
AR, FL, GA, MI, NC, SC, OH, TX, UT, and VA

Computer and Equipment Requirements

  • Windows 11-based PC only; Macs and Chromebooks are not permitted.
  • Dual monitors are required.
  • At least 16 GB RAM, with 12 GB usable.
  • CPU utilization must be at 50% or less.
  • At least 256 GB storage space; SSD preferred.
  • Ethernet/RJ-45 port is required.
  • Wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi is not permitted.
  • Separate headset, keyboard, and mouse are required.

Internet Requirements

  • Download speed: 20 Mbps or higher.
  • Upload speed: 10 Mbps or higher.
  • Ping: 20 ms or less. YELLOW
