About The Role

New User Onboarding & Activation

Execute CRM journeys guiding users from

  • App install to first booking
  • First booking to second booking
  • Deploy onboarding campaigns that educate users on app USPs, pricing, and key features
  • Support first-ride incentive and welcome offer execution

CRM Campaign Execution

  • Build, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, and other available channels
  • Ensure correct segmentation, eligibility, and timing of campaigns
  • Coordinate with the Senior CRM Manager on campaign logic and priorities

Promo Execution Support

  • Assist in setting up and validating promo logic using promo tools
  • Ensure new user offers are applied correctly and only to intended segments
  • Support QA and monitoring during campaign launches

Reporting & Optimization Support

Track and report key activation metrics such as

  • First booking rate
  • Time to first booking
  • First to second booking conversion
  • Identify drop-off points and share insights for optimization

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or growth roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (MoEngage or similar preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Basic understanding of funnels, segmentation, and performance metrics
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
