主要职责：

配合主管落实，执行下述内容：

1. 面向园区的办公人员等提供设施相关的现场客户服务及工单处理；
2. 负责区域内电力，空调，照明，安防，弱电（含会议），给排水等系统的正常运行；
3. 检查及巡检（验收）设备设施的运行情况，报告运行故障和维修结果；
4. 负责处理建筑、设备设施及外围应急维修；
5. 协调设备供应商的现场整改工作；
6. 根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；
7. 负责记录设备系统的运行工况、维修保养、设备履历等。

要求：

1. 仪表端庄，举止大方，态度中肯；
2. 具有低压电工上岗证；有高压电工证优先，有制冷与空调作业上岗证优先；
3. 会电脑操作、办公软件使用优先；
4. 具有电工操作，中央空调设备操作、锅炉操作等，综合维修工作经验3年以上；
5. 中技以上学历；
6. 有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力，能看懂专业图纸者优先；
7. 具有积极主动地工作精神，善于发现问题，妥善完成额外的现场工作；
8. 能适应12小时制翻班。
