What this job involves

• Lead valuation projects
• Carry site inspections -Prepare Real Estate valuation model and forecasting model -Prepare Real Estate valuation report and market study
• Carry data analysis -Conduct independent research and analysis for real estate advisory -projects. (The advisory projects include real estate investment analysis, market research, industry overview, development feasibility analysis and so on.
• Your duties include analysis and collection of field research data, preparation of draft text for inclusion in reports, building of financial models, etc.

Sound like you? To apply you will have

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture Engineering, Maths and Statistics or related disciplines, candidate or member of CPV(中国资产评估师) or CREA（中国房地产评估师）
• With experience on property valuation for at least 8 years
• Having data thinking and be good at data analyzing tools.
• Responsible, with good integrity and personal character
• Willing to work under pressure and strong self-initiative
• Manage to complete the tasks assigned in a timely manner
• Keen to learn and develop career in the valuation advisory industry Team player with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Well prepare to embrace new technology
• Develop and maintain business which are relevant to the real estate industry.
• Hands-on knowledge in MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
