Responsibilities

• Apply GR based on account requests
• Review and submit vendor invoice
• Track PO and GR status which is in line with account finance management
• Cooperate with operation team and JBS team to ensure all PR applied and approved on time
• Generate scope-related reports on requested frequency
• Report the variance of budget-forecast-actual cost, outstanding vendor payment, and other related issue
• Review and audit operation team submitted documents and ensured all in compliance
• Archive financial documents including POs, GR documents, vendor invoices ,and retain all records to support internal and external audits.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize financial workflows
• Business case support
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance or IT preferred
• Strong skill in Outlook, Excel and Power Point, AI and IT background will be a plus
• 5 years working experience in operation/Finance/IT
• High self-motivated and good working attitude
• Capability of interpersonal skills, and relationship building
• Good communication skills in English, CET 4 equivalent
