1 全流程配合与执行

负责员工活动的拍摄创意构思、方案策划，以及拍摄内容的完整编辑，包括文案输出。

配合项目执行细案、时间推进表及应急预案，确保项目按计划落地。

支持现场运营管理，包括展位搭建、活动流程把控及突发情况处理。

2 宣传与推广

撰写媒体宣传文案，联系相关媒体发布通稿，提升会展品牌影响力。

制定线上线下宣传计划，整合社交媒体、广告投放等渠道资源。

3 资源整合与沟通协调

协调公司内外部门（如设计、销售、运营等）及外部合作伙伴（如场馆、供应商等），确保资源高效配置。

与客户保持密切沟通，及时反馈项目进展，调整方案以满足需求。

5 数据分析与优化

搜集会展相关数据，分析项目效果。

根据数据反馈优化后续策划方案，提升项目质量和客户满意度。

任职要求

教育背景与经验

1 ，本科及以上学历，会展策划、市场营销、广告传媒等相关专业优先。

2， 2年以上大型会展策划或行政活动策划的工作经验，熟悉会展行业流程者更 佳。

3 良好的沟通，具备主持能力，英文优秀

专业技能

1 具备出色的文案撰写能力，能独立完成策划方案、宣传稿件等。

2 熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT）及设计工具。

综合素质

1 具备良好的沟通、协调和提案能力，能清晰表达创意并推动项目落地。

2 思维敏捷，富有创新精神和现代艺术感，对品牌和客户有深刻理解。

3工作认真负责，具备团队合作精神和抗压能力，能适应快节奏工作环境
