工作职责：

负责商业地产项目投标文件的编制，包括商务标、技术标及报价函。

根据招标文件要求，准确解读评分标准，制定标书编制计划，确保内容完整、格式规范、响应性强。

独立完成投标函、商务偏离表、技术偏离表、资质证明等核心文件的撰写与整理。

与业务拓展（BD）、技术等部门协作，确保标书内容准确无误。

审核标书内容，确保无错漏、无矛盾，符合招标文件要求及公司标准。

人员要求：

1.教育背景：大专及以上学历，专业不限。

2.专业技能：熟悉使用办公软件（包括但不限于word，excel, PPT等）进行项目招标投标文件的汇总、排版、检索、统计等。

3.工作能力：

语言能力：可以协助英文服务建议书的制作，有一定的阅读、撰写和翻译的能力。

检索和数据抓取：能灵活使用AI工具进行数据抓取和信息管理者优先。

文字组织能力：良好的文字组织能力，能够撰写清晰、规范的标书内容。

沟通协调能力：具有良好的交流沟通能力，做事有条理性，善总结，执行能力强。

团队合作：有团队合作精神，能够与项目负责人、公司相关部门积极协调投标文件编制过程中的问题。
