About The Role

Address urgent requests from authorities and special events (e.g., UAE Humanitarian Center, iPhone launches).
Capture sales opportunities outside regular shop operations.
Provide temporary coverage for retail staff to ensure continuous store operations.
Assist with customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and maintaining service standards.
Conduct market visits to gather insights and support retail operations.
Report on competitive activities, customer behavior, and emerging sales opportunities.
Assist with event logistics and maximize sales during product launches or festivals.
Provide regular updates and reports on field activities, sales, and customer interactions.

3-5 years in quality assurance, ideally in retail or customer service.
2+ years of team leadership experience, focused on coaching and performance.
Knowledge of TDRA regulations and CPR compliance.
Familiarity with AI technologies and process optimization.
Strong experience in reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making
