About The Role
- Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to Business Units, Management, and Global teams • Ensure accurate and timely information flow between country/cluster finance teams and regional/global finance teams • Maintain strong coordination with cluster finance teams • Report consolidated financial results monthly • Prepare ad hoc reports for regional and global stakeholders • Support the budget and forecast processes, providing relevant recommendations • Identify and implement process improvements in reporting and forecasting to enhance efficiency and accuracy • Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver financial insights • Monitor key financial KPIs and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making • Analyze and benchmark profitability across regions, countries, divisions, sectors, and products • Act as a proactive business partner to business leads and functional heads Requirement: • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics • 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis; experience in a multinational environment is a plus • Excellent command of written and spoken English • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Experience with SAP, OneStream, and Tableau is an asset • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
