Resumen
The Civil / Structural Manager is responsible for supporting the Sr. Project manager - CMR in all execution aspects, supervision, reporting and proposing technical as economical solutions.
He/she is responsible to coordinate and supervise on time and within scope and quality the project execution over the execution and close of the project.
Will be a technical expert, according to with the area of responsibility in the project he/she will be leading Civil and structural.

Responsabilidades
- Will support Sr. Project Manager-CMR, supervising and reporting progress and tendencies of progress across the project to assure delivery on time, within scope and within technical standards: Civil and Structural.
- Will support Sr. Project Manager-CMR, to establish project management standards and metrics that will be use across the project.
- Will identify issues to solve in the execution of the project to address with the general contractor (GC), understanding project organization structure
- Will support to monitor the schedule, budget, and cash flow base lines through the project, to identify savings and overruns.
- Will manage project issue/risk/action registries, and escalate them to the Sr. Project Manager-CMR for developing action plans.
- Will follow up to implement on the field, the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.
- Will be responsible to make the on the field reports to be manteined and Maintain local project documentation repository, including the project management plan, reports, and project documents.
- Will lead, models appropriate behavior, and ensures the CBI philosophy is followed throughout the company.
