About The Role
The Coordinator, Retail Excellence – North America supports initiatives that enhance the client experience, drive retail performance, and ensure operational excellence across the store network. Serving as a key partner to both corporate and retail teams, this role coordinates projects, communications, training, and business processes to support strategic goals and uphold Tiffany & Co.'s standards of luxury and service.
The Coordinator, Retail Excellence – North America, must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and maintain individual calendars.
- Book, prepare, and expense travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and
reservations.
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports using Expense Visor.
- Handle departmental administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, ordering
supplies, distributing mail, and coordinating shipping with the mailroom.
- Serve as the departmental representative for accounts payable; process and file
invoices and bills.
- Attend all Retail Excellence meetings; take detailed notes, provide recaps, and
compile strategic materials into PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist in organizing conferences and meetings, including site selection, contract
finalization, catering, AV coordination, and material preparation.
- Create and compile detailed PowerPoint presentations.
- Partner with retail operations to maintain dashboards and track key performance
metrics.
- Lead the flow of products for store openings, pop-ups, deliveries, and pullbacks
in collaboration with Merchandising and Supply Chain.
- Coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance for new store openings,
renovations, and minor repairs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business practices; provide feedback on
policies and procedures.
- Manage and respond to emails; take accurate and timely phone messages.
- Act as a liaison between corporate and store teams to facilitate engagement,
communication, and feedback loops.
- Share key Retail Excellence updates with relevant stakeholders and ensure crossfunctional alignment.
- Present product knowledge and selling technique training sessions to retail
teams via in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and store visits
- Support special projects as assigned by Officers, Managers, and/or the
department.
- Support the execution of retail projects focused on client loyalty, customer
acquisition, and sales performance.
- Coordinate and facilitate "test and learn" initiatives.
- Drive adoption of new tools and manage issue resolution in partnership with IT,
including training and rollout of new systems.
- Support the onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth integration into brand
- culture and accelerate ramp-up time.
- Your profile (Qualifications)
- Five plus years of Executive Assistant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal
supervision as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Team player
- Ability to show initiative and flexibility.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
The hiring range for this position ranges from $35.80 - $41.17 per hour on a full time basis. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
