About The Role

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with new car buyers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored car finance solutions. Your role will involve building a strong network, identifying potential customers, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and satisfying car-buying experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new car buyers and potential customers.
Understand customer financial needs and offer suitable car finance solutions.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the new car finance market.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive and efficient sales process.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Attend industry events and network to promote the company's new car finance offerings.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role, preferably in the automotive or finance industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a network of clients.
