About The Role

Frontend-heavy Full Stack Engineer responsible for building intuitive Application UI, reusable components, client-side business logic, API integrations, and supporting cloud-native backend services.

Own the end-to-end delivery of web features, with primary focus on frontend architecture, state management, accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and user experience quality.

-

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, Product Owners, and backend engineers to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly software solutions.

Lead technical initiatives, review designs and implementation approaches, and mentor junior engineers on frontend best practices, clean code, testing, and full stack delivery.

Advocate for and practice Test-Driven Development (TDD), Pair Programming, Extreme Programming (XP), continuous refactoring, and high-quality automated testing.

Leverage AI-driven coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf to accelerate development, improve productivity, and support modern engineering practices.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release practices to ensure reliable, frequent, and high-quality deployments across frontend and backend services.

  • 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in modern frontend technologies, with primary expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component design, state management, routing, accessibility standards, browser performance, and UI testing practices.
  • Hands-on experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, authentication flows, and cloud-native backend services.
  • Strong working knowledge of full stack development using React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
  • 5+ years of hands-on practice in TDD, Clean Code, Continuous Refactoring, and automated testing (Playwright / Cucumber).
  • Strong understanding of full stack architecture and public cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Tekton.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, ownership, and leadership skills with a self-starter mindset.
  • BE / B.Tech / MCA or Equivalent experience.
