About The Role
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join the Business Planning & Process team within Investment Products and Advisory (IP&A). This role is responsible for supporting business planning, budgeting, performance management, and strategic initiatives for the Wealth Management business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide business insights, performance analysis, and management reporting that support growth and strategic decision-making.

Job Purpose
Support Wealth Management business growth through effective business planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and strategic analysis. The role will contribute to business management initiatives and support the development of strategies that enhance business performance and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and business planning process for the Wealth Management business.
- Prepare business review reports, management presentations, and meeting materials for senior management.
- Produce regular business forecasts and performance analysis, including bottom-up forecasting and product performance reviews.
- Monitor key business metrics and management reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate actionable insights to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Support business management planning and execution across Investment Products and Advisory.
- Participate in and support key Consumer Banking Group projects and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Our Ideal Candidate
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, wealth management, business planning, financial analysis, or related functions.
- Sound understanding of investment products, wealth management business models, and sales processes.
- Professional qualifications such as MBA, CFA, CFP, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and relevant regulations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and business performance management.
