As an Office Clerk, you will use limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures to handle day to day clerical duties of assigned area.

Earn $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Location: 1 Elizabeth Drive Chester, NY 10918

You will contribute by

Compile data from previous and current work day and generate reports for management
Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
Maintain attendance log for hourly employees
Print and distribute attendance log
Other duties as assigned

Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)
Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

We’re searching for candidates with

Specialized Knowledge : Some knowledge of OSHA and Safety policies and procedures, preferred but not required
Special Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Physical abilities: : Reaching, stooping, standing, walking, bending twisting, sitting, handling paperwork, twisting, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping of items ranging from under 20 lbs. to over 60 lbs.
Other: : Communication Skills, Team Player, Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, Use of Technology, Adaptability, Self-Driven, Multi Task
