Service - To provide service support to customers in line with service guidelines and good practice including carrying out machine inspection on site, machine testing and quality checking , machine repairs, fault diagnosis and ordering parts as necessary and providing any follow up support as appropriate in order to meet customers’ needs. Contract support will be required between fixed days and times
