＜部門について＞

薬事部門の一組織としてクラニアル&スパイナルテクノロジーズ（CST）のスパイン事業部が取り扱う脊椎関連医療機器および生体材料製品の薬事業務を担っています。脊椎インプラント（脊椎内固定器具や脊椎ケージ）や再使用可能な脊椎手術用器械などを中心に、新製品の薬事申請、既承認品の維持管理、製品変更管理を行っています。また、関連部門や海外製造元と連携しながら、医薬品医療機器等法をはじめとする各種規制要求への適合を確保し、患者さんへの安定的な製品供給に貢献しています。脊椎疾患に対する治療ソリューションを必要とする患者さんのため、事業戦略と規制要求の両面からビジネスを支えています。

＜業務内容＞

脊椎関連医療機器および生体材料製品を対象に、日本における製品の導入、維持管理および製品ライフサイクルマネジメントに関する薬事業務を担当いただきます。

主な業務は以下のとおりです。

• 新製品の承認申請、認証申請および届出
• 一変申請、軽微変更届出等の既承認品の維持管理
• 新製品の薬事戦略に関するPMDA対面助言の実施
• 製品変更に伴う薬事影響評価および薬事対応方針の策定
• 海外製造元との薬事関連事項の調整および情報収集（設計元が米国であるため、設計資料等はすべて英語で作成されています。）
• 添付文書、電子添文等の薬事関連文書の作成
• 法規制、通知および業界動向の調査・社内展開
• 社内システムへのデータ登録および維持管理

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

• 薬事申請担当者としての経験：3年以上
• 医療機器製造販売承認事項軽微変更届書（認証含む）又は変更届：10件以上
• 医療機器製造販売届書（新規）：5件以上
• 医療機器製造販売承認事項一部変更承認申請（認証含む、製造所迅速一変を除く）：3件以上
• 医療機器製造販売承認申請（新規、クラスは問わず）：1件以上
• 保険適用申請（A又はB区分）

Skill / Knowledge

• 薬事申請担当者としての一般的知識
• 英語力（TOEIC 650点以上又は英検2級以上）
• Excelによるデータ集計・管理能力（関数、フィルタ、ピボットテーブル等）
• Wordによる文書作成能力
• PowerPointによる資料作成およびプレゼンテーション資料の編集能力
• Teamsを活用したオンライン会議運営および共同作業能力

Competency

• 英語を含むコミュニケーション能力（設計元との一般的コミュニケーションや申請書等のレビューは英語で行われます。）
• 規制情報、製品情報および承認情報を正確に理解する能力
• 相手の意図を適切に把握する力
• 社内システムを活用したデータマネジメント能力
• 関係者との協働能力
• 複数案件を並行して管理するプロジェクトマネジメント能力

Education

• 理系学部卒（学士以上）

＜Working Style＞

• 週2日程度の出社を基本とします。毎週木曜日はチームの出社日のため、原則として出社となります。入社後しばらくは、週2日以上の出社を予定しています。
